5. I believe the term here would be simple but effective, though there are a grand deal that either ignore or don't quite understand the importance of this concept. It is quite interesting to see a single hand holding up the globe; as though a means to mention that either one person can make a difference, or it takes one person to assist others in becoming aware. As it stands in either case, the addition of clouds and the white ring to create an atmosphere is brilliant and well done.
